Great Family Ride

Thanks to Justin, Ash and Neah for meeting us at Fort Flagler for the Family ride last Sunday morning. We had a fabulous time and the weather was perfect. The tide was very low for our rest stop at East Beach and Justin amazed us his nature awareness skills. He waded out and brought back a couple of large starfish, several different types of seaweed, two different crabs and showed us a goeduck and seabean (an edible beach plant). The kids loved playing with all the sea life.

The next Family ride is tentatively scheduled for Saturday July 31st, details in mid-July.
Thanks,
Jason

North West Cup #3

The Shop is really going to be representing at the 3rd NWcup race this coming weekend. Nate, Pete, Stuart and Grath will be riding for the shop. We all know how great it is to get words of support so please come in and, or send words of encouragement for your home town cyclists.

If anyone would like to come over to Port Angeles and see what it is all about this event is a great spectator sport and there will be many people heading that way for ride shares.

Here are some photos from the last two races.
Enjoy.

Family Ride on Marrowstone Island - Sunday June 13th 10:30am

We are going to change up the format for the Family Ride in June. On Sunday June 13th we will ride a leisurely loop on Marrowstone Island. We will meet and park in Fort Flagler State Park at 10:30am, then ride a loop around the island with a picnic lunch stop at Mystery Bay State Park. All are welcome on this family oriented ride, especially kids on tag-a-longs or trailers. The total distance is less than 14 miles, and there are few other stops along the way such as East Beach, and the Nordland General Store.

Please be prepared for weather, and please bring a lunch for the picnic (we will also be riding by the general store prior to lunch)

Mark your calendar and tell your friends. Any questions please ask Jason at the shop.
Thanks
