Adult beginner mountain bikers, this ride is for you! It will consist of six Sundays
doing the same trail loop in Cappy’s Trails.
Meets in the parking lot of Blue Heron Middle School at
11am. Ends around 1pm.

Repetition and Balance are the foundation to learning new
skills.
Adult men and women are welcome to join us for a
beginner-paced trail ride. Ever wanted to get out on a mountain bike? Ever wanted to
go on a group ride, but wondering it would be too much? Ever wanted to meet
other mountain bikers? This is your ride.
Bring a snack, water, weather related gear, a helmet and a
