The course gives cyclists the confidence they need to ride safely and legally in traffic or on the trail. This League of American Bicyclist certified course covers bicycle safety checks, fixing a flat, on-bike skills and crash avoidance techniques and includes a student manual. Recommended for adults and children above age thirteen, this fast-paced, nine-hour course prepares cyclists for a full understanding of vehicular cycling.

- Thursday and Friday night September the 15th and 16th from 6pm-9pm and Saturday the 17th from 9am to 1pm. First part of the course is classroom based and second part is out "playing in traffic". Class meets at Mountain View Commons (Jefferson County YMCA).
