March Mustache Ride
The Mustache. The urban dictionary calls it "a universal icon representing the epitome of
authority and raw manhood. It graces small children the chance to
believe in a hero and causes evil-doers to second guess their existence.
There are very few things in this world that could ever achieve the
divine status that each individual hair is birthed into. Resting just
above the upper lip, the mustache is a beacon to all mankind that there
is hope for this world and a bright future for all who have been gifted
with this treasure from God himself."
Also an icon for men's health awareness, The Mustache is the part of the Movember movement, which has continued to grow at an extraordinary pace. Today, with the support of hundreds of thousands of Mo Bros, Mo Sistas and their donors, Movember is fulfilling its vision: To have an everlasting impact on the face of men’s health.
Although it is not Movember, we do love to celebrate The Mustache. In honor of such a stoic personification of a persons' being and for men's health awareness, we are holding our annual March Mustache Ride Sunday, March 17.
This also happens to be St. Patrick's Day!!! So we plan to to pedal for Patty's Day as well as March (on bikes) for The Mustache.
We will meet at The Broken Spoke at 4pm and go for a family friendly bike ride and end our Mustached procession back the the shop. Start preparing yourself and your stache for The March Mustache Ride and don't forget to show your off your Irish Pride. Bring a beverage or more to indulge in after the ride so we can bask in each others good company.
Let us all get together and celebrate St. Patrick's Day and all that is The Mustache.
Beautiful.
